Elaboration

Great red wine made of a blend of merlot, cabernet franc, and cabernet sauvignon from Bordeaux in France. The harvest has been done mechanically. Fermentation has taken place in stainless steel vats at a maximum temeprature of 28ºC. The wine has aged in vats before bottling.

Taster´s notes

Red wine with a deep red colour. On the nose, it presents notes of red fruits, spices and black fruits. On the palate, it is powerful and balanced wine. We recommend pairing the wine with red meat dishes, such as steak, and pates. We suggest a serving temperature of 16ºC
