The Winery
David Saavedra worked in different wineries until he took on a new challenge: to build his own winery, Celler Viniric. Since then, he has worked with perseverance to harvest the vineyards that are located in the Costa Brava, Spain. At Viníric they apply diverse knowledge: from the traditional - such as monitoring the phases of the moon and the use of natural fertilizers - to the most innovative techniques: cold fermentation, inertisation, and others.
