It has a light yellow colour with metallic reflections. On the nose, some balsamic notes, scrub (fennel) and stone fruit are perceived. In the mouth, it is very tasty and clean, with citric acidity, mineral notes, of white and wildflowers. Balanced. Very good acidity. We suggest pairing the wine with grilled, broiled or baked fish and shellfish. We recommend a serving temperature between 7 and 10ºC
