Picota cherry red with a violet rim, high robe. On the nose, there are aromas of wild fruits, undergrowth, provided by the Garnacha variety, together with the black fruit, minerals, and balsamic provided by the native variety Tinta de Toro. All this is well assembled with the subtle aromas of good wood, vanilla, roasted, chocolates... which are further enhanced by the retronasal route. Its consistency and structure lengthen its elegant passage through the mouth. We recommend pairing the wine with meat and lamb dishes. We suggest a serving temperature between 16º and 18ºC
