DELIVERY POLICY


Standard delivery

 

Domestic Shipping (Romania)

 

  • Delivery Service: We partner with Fan Courier to offer efficient and reliable delivery services.

  • Delivery Charge: Absolutely free delivery across Romania, with no minimum order requirement.

  • Delivery Time: Once your payment is received, we dispatch orders on the same business day. Expect your delivery within 1-3 business days.

International Shipping

 

  • Delivery Service: We collaborate with FedEx or UPS for international deliveries, depending on which provider is most suitable for your specific location.

  • Delivery Time: International orders are typically delivered within 2-15 business days. Please note, customs procedures could lead to delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

  • Customs and Duties: For orders shipped outside the European Union, any incurred customs duties and fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Special Note: Delivery times may be affected during discount campaigns or public holidays.

Damage during delivery


If the goods are delivered with visible damage caused during delivery, please promptly report the defect to the courier and notify us at hello@disndis.com. Once we receive notification, we will proceed with replacing the goods.

Please be advised that failure to file a complaint or contact us does not in any way affect your legal rights or the enforcement of these rights, specifically warranty rights. Nevertheless, we kindly request that you inform us of any incidents to ensure the carrier's adherence to all required protocols and procedures established by Dis&Dis.

Upon delivery, we kindly request that you meticulously inspect the parcel for any discrepancies and report them to us in writing at hello@disndis.com.



RETURN POLICY

 


Damaged product


If the received product is damaged, please contact us via email at hello@disndis.com, and we will provide a replacement. We kindly request that you return the item without removing the original labels or unsealing the packaging, as failure to do so may hinder the return process and refund.

 

The return will be facilitated by the same courier company at no additional cost to the customer. Furthermore, in the event of non-delivery due to refusal or inability to receive the package, the courier company will schedule a new delivery within 7 days. Should this deadline pass without successful delivery, the parcel will automatically be returned to Dis&Dis facilities.

Legal right of return

 


The customer is entitled to return any product within 14 working days, following our standard delivery policy. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@disndis.com.

 

We will provide you with a return form that needs to be completed with all the necessary information and included in the parcel. The return costs will be covered exclusively by Dis&Dis.

 

The refund will be issued to the customer's account within a maximum of 30 days. Please note that we only accept returns for products in their original condition, with original labels and packaging.

 

Returns based on product ingredients, taste, date of manufacture, origin, or any other information provided in the product description will not be accepted.

Orders paid before 2 PM (Bucharest time, EET/EEST) are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM or during weekends and public holidays are dispatched on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has left our warehouse.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in our shipping fees.

We work with trusted international courier partners depending on the destination and service level required. The courier is selected to ensure safe handling and reliable international delivery.
