Costul de expediere este responsabilitatea exclusivă a DiS&DiS; livrarea este operată de firma de transport Fan Courier. Produsele comandate sunt livrate oriunde în România.

Livrările sunt în general expediate după primirea plății și sunt expediate prin Fan Courier în aceeași zi sau în următoarea zi lucrătoare.

Timpii de tranzit sunt de aproximativ 1-3 zile lucrătoare pentru toate destinațiile din România. Timpul de livrare poate varia pe durata campaniilor de reduceri ori pe durata sărbătorilor legale.

Capitala și orașele mari au timpi de tranzit mai rapizi în comparație cu destinațiile îndepărtate și izolate.

Singura împrejurare în care DiS&DiS va percepe o taxă de livrare este dacă adresa de livrare este schimbată după ce coletul părăsește instalațiile noastre.

Daune în timpul livrării

În cazul în care bunurile sunt livrate cu daune evidente cauzate în timpul livrării, vă rugăm să raportați defecțiunea curierului și să ne anunțați fără întârziere.

Politica de returnare

Produs deteriorat

În cazul în care produsul primit este deteriorat, vă recomandăm să îl returnați fără a îndepărta etichetele originale și fără a desigila produsele. Nerespectarea acestui lucru poate afecta returnarea plății dumneavoastră.

Returul se va face prin aceeași companie de curierat și nu va presupune nici un cost pentru client. Toate costurile de returnare vor fi suportate de DiS&DiS.

În caz de nelivrare din cauza refuzului sau a imposibilității de a primi pachetul, compania de curierat va programa o nouă livrare în termen de 7 zile. Odată depășit acest termen fără a se realiza livrarea, coletul va intra automat în procesul de retur către facilitățile DiS&DiS și în termen de maxim 10 zile lucrătoare valoarea comenzii va fi returnată în contul clientului prin care s-a efectuat plata.

Dreptul legal de returnare

Clientul are dreptul legal de a returna orice produs comandat, fără penalizări și fără a indica vreun motiv, în termen de 14 zile lucrătoare.

Pentru a vă exercita acest drept, vă rugăm să ne contactați la Veți primi un formular de returnare care trebuie completat cu toate informațiile necesare și introdus în colet. Costurile de returnare vor fi acoperite exclusiv de DiS&DiS. Valoarea comenzii va fi returnată în contul clientului în termen de maximum 30 de zile.

Vom accepta doar returnarea produselor care vin în starea lor originală, cu etichetele și ambalajul original.

Nu se vor accepta retururi din motive legate de ingredientele produsului, gust, data de fabricație, origine sau orice alte informații care pot fi găsite în descrierea produsului.
