How can I place an order at Dis&Dis?

SELECTION OF DESIRED PRODUCTS:

 

Once you have decided which products you want to order, click the "Add to Bag" button. After clicking the "Add to Bag" button, your products will show in your shopping cart, where you have the option to view the list of products, change the quantity or directly buy the products clicking on the "Checkout" button.

 

ENTERING THE DATA REQUIRED TO DELIVER THE PRODUCTS:

 

To start the order, press the "Checkout " button. If you are a new customer, all you have to do is fill in the necessary data to process the order or click on the "Shop as a guest" button. This process does not take more than 1-2 minutes, after which you will be able to complete the order. If the billing address differs from the delivery address, please fill in the "Billing address" box.

 

COMPLETION OF THE ORDER:

 

By pressing the "Order Confirmation" button, your order will be completed and processed as soon as possible, after receiving an email confirmation. 

 

How can I pay?

I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?
We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on Dis&Dis is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.
When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
Please double-check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that Dis&Dis currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for credit card payment.
How long does it take to receive my order?
The delivery time is between 48 -72 hours from the email confirmation of the order. The products are in the original, sealed packaging of the manufacturer and are insured throughout the transport, until delivery.
How do I track my order?
Each time you order through our website, you will receive emails to keep you updated, which include an order acknowledgement email that should arrive in your inbox immediately letting you know your order was received, and a shipping confirmation email, including tracking details, to let you know that your order is on its way to you. You can find the tracking page on the top menu, under the "Info" section, Track my Order. If you're registered with us, you can track the status of your order simply by logging into your account.
