Frequently Asked Questions

We ship to over 22 countries worldwide, including the US, UK, most of Europe, and beyond. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your address, simply enter it at checkout — we'll let you know immediately. Our goal is simple: if there is a door, we want to find it.
Delivery times depend on your location. Within Europe, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Deliveries to the US and UK typically take 5–8 business days. International orders outside these zones can take 7–25 days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us, so you'll always know where your wine is.
Every order is packed with purpose. We use specially designed wine-safe packaging with individual bottle protection to prevent movement and breakage in transit.
Alcohol deliveries require an adult signature in most countries, so someone over 18 will need to be present. If you miss your delivery, the carrier will leave a note with instructions to rearrange. We strongly recommend shipping to a business address if you're out during the day — deliveries there tend to arrive earlier and are less likely to be missed.
Every bottle in our range has been selected with intention. We don't try to stock everything — we try to stock the right things. Our selection spans red, white, rosé, Champagne, sparkling, organic, vegan, and alcohol-free wines from Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, the US, Argentina, South Africa, and Chile. Each one has earned its place on our shelves. If a wine doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't make the cut.
This is the most honest concern about buying wine online, and we take it seriously. Every product page includes a detailed tasting note, food pairing suggestion, and information about the producer and region. We write these ourselves — you won't find copy-and-pasted tech sheets here. If you're ever unsure, write to us at hello@disndis.com and we'll make a personal recommendation based on what you enjoy.
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to accommodate a change or cancellation. Please contact us at hello@disndis.com as soon as possible — we process orders quickly, so the sooner you reach us, the better. Once an order has left our warehouse, we're unable to make changes, but we can help you with a return once it arrives.
It's rare, but if it happens, we make it right. Take a photo of the damaged bottle and packaging as soon as you open the box, and send it to hello@disndis.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — no complicated process, no arguing. A damaged bottle is our problem to solve, not yours.
If something is wrong with your order — damaged, incorrect, or faulty — we will always refund or replace it. For change-of-mind returns on unopened bottles, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll advise on the return process. We ask that bottles are returned in their original packaging and in the same condition they arrived.
No minimum — you can order a single bottle if that's what you need. That said, ordering a case (6 or 12 bottles) is not only more cost-effective, it also qualifies more easily for free shipping. Our curated case packs are a good starting point if you'd like a selection rather than choosing individual bottles.
The honest answer: the best ones come remarkably close, and the category has improved enormously in the last five years. We apply the same rigorous selection process to our alcohol-free range as to our traditional wines — which means we've rejected far more bottles than we've listed. Every alcohol-free wine in our range has been chosen because it stands on its own merit, not as a consolation prize. We'd happily serve them at our own table.
There are two main methods. The most common is vacuum distillation — the wine is gently heated under low pressure so the alcohol evaporates at a lower temperature, preserving more of the aromas and flavour. The other is spinning cone technology, which is more sophisticated and better at retaining the wine's character. The best producers use these methods carefully, which is why quality varies so significantly across the category — and why curation matters.
Yes — and this is something we do with particular care. We curate wine and alcohol-free selections for events of all sizes, from intimate dinners to large weddings. Tell us your date, guest count, and preferences, and we'll build a selection around your event. You can start the conversation on our Event Organisation page or write directly to hello@disndis.com.
Dis&Dis is a European-based premium wine store founded on a straightforward belief: that both exceptional traditional wine and exceptional alcohol-free wine deserve to exist under the same roof, curated with equal care. We ship to over 22 countries, and every bottle in our range has been personally selected — not algorithmically surfaced. You can reach us at hello@disndis.com.
