SELECTION OF DESIRED PRODUCTS:
Once you have decided which products you want to order, click the "Add to Bag" button. After clicking the "Add to Bag" button, your products will show in your shopping cart, where you have the option to view the list of products, change the quantity or directly buy the products clicking on the "Checkout" button.
ENTERING THE DATA REQUIRED TO DELIVER THE PRODUCTS:
To start the order, press the "Checkout " button. If you are a new customer, all you have to do is fill in the necessary data to process the order or click on the "Shop as a guest" button. This process does not take more than 1-2 minutes, after which you will be able to complete the order. If the billing address differs from the delivery address, please fill in the "Billing address" box.
COMPLETION OF THE ORDER:
By pressing the "Order Confirmation" button, your order will be completed and processed as soon as possible, after receiving an email confirmation.
Each time you order through our website, you will receive emails to keep you updated, which include an order acknowledgement email that should arrive in your inbox immediately letting you know your order was received, and a shipping confirmation email, including tracking details, to let you know that your order is on its way to you.
You can find the tracking page on the top menu, under the "Info" section, Track my Order. If you're registered with us, you can track the status of your order simply by logging into your account.
