A generous palate that combines the sumptuousness and subtlety of white fruit (pears, peaches, apples), the seductive caress of fine bubbles, the soft vivacity of citrus and notes of currants. We recommend pairing this champagne with appetizers, seafood, fish or white meat. We suggest a serving temperature of 10ºC. To get the perfect temperature, we recommend putting the bottle in a champagne shaker, filling it with ice and adding water. Allow the bottle to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
