Deep cherry red colour. Intense and very complex on the nose. Ripe black fruit and dairy nuances stand out, reinforced by the toast from the barrel. Spicy notes and earthy nuances together with liquorice notes. On the palate it is full-bodied, with plenty of volume, a sustained passage without edges, and a strong and tasty finish with hints of liquorice and bitter chocolate. We suggest pairing this wine with red meats or game, roasts, poultry, white meats, cured ham, charcuterie, cured cheeses or blue cheeses. We recommend serving between 16 and 18 ºC.
