Deep red with a nose of bright red fruits - redcurrants and even some raspberry notes, red and black cherry without being overly floral along with a hint of red cherry clafoutis. On the palate bright, juicy fresh fruits, rich and ripe, intense with fine supple tannins behind, floral and leafy with a really long, fresh, mineral finish – truly succulent and delicious. We recommend pairing this wine with roasted lamb, roasted potatoes and onions, pepper beef or with filet mignon. We suggest a serving temperature of between 16ºC and 18ºC
