This French wine is the result of a selection made by Louis Latour who carefully chooses Juliénas grapes from the steep, south-facing hills. In the best years, the wines of Juliénas can compete with those of Morgon and Moulin-à-Vent in terms of strength and finesse. Due to the warm climate and the appropriate viticultural techniques, this Cru du Beaujolais has unique characteristics, highlighted by the traditional fermentation technique.
