Enjoy a wide selection of organic sparkling wines. Most of them are produced in the Cava D.O., Catalonia, and are the result of sustainable farming practices certified by international bodies.
No pesticides, synthetic fertilizers or herbicides have been used in their production. These are replaced with organic alternatives, mostly from other winery activities.
Both in agriculture and in the technical process of fermenting sparkling wines, artificial elements are replaced and processes are optimised to ensure minimal intervention.
