DELIVERY POLICY


Standard delivery


Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of Dis&Dis; delivery is operated by Fan Courier. Products ordered are delivered anywhere in Romania.
Deliveries are generally dispatched after receipt of payment and are shipped by Fan Courier the same day or the next working day.
Transit times is approximately 1-3 working days for all destinations in Romania. Delivery times may vary during discount campaigns or public holidays.
Capital cities and large towns have faster transit times compared to remote and isolated destinations.
The only circumstance in which DiS&DiS will charge a delivery fee is if the delivery address is changed after the parcel leaves our facilities.



Damage during delivery


If goods are delivered with obvious damage caused during delivery, please report the defect to the courier and notify us without delay.
Failure to make a complaint or to contact us does not in any way affect your legal rights or the enforcement of these rights, in particular warranty rights.
However, by informing us of any incident, you are helping us to ensure that the carrier complies with all protocols and procedures required by DiS&DiS.
Please check the integrity of the parcel upon delivery and report any non-compliance to us in writing at hello@disndis.com.
The client cannot pick up the package directly from our packing stations.



RETURN POLICY

 


Damaged product


If the product received is damaged, we recommend that you return it without removing the original labels and without unsealing the products. Failure to do so may affect the return of your payment.
The return will be made via the same courier company and will not incur any cost to the customer. In this case all return costs will be borne by DiS&DiS.
In case of non-delivery due to refusal or inability to receive the package, the courier company will schedule a new delivery within 7 days. Once this deadline has passed without delivery, the parcel will automatically enter the return process to DiS&DiS facilities and within a maximum of 10 working days the order value will be returned to the customer's account through which payment was made.



Legal right of return

 


The customer has the legal right to return any product ordered, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 working days.
To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@disndis.com. You will receive a return form to be filled in with all the necessary information and placed in the parcel. The return costs will be covered exclusively by DiS&DiS. The value of the order will be returned to the customer's account within a maximum of 30 days.
We will only accept the return of products that come in their original condition, with original labels and packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons related to product ingredients, taste, date of manufacture, origin or any other information that can be found in the available product description.
