Great Prosecco made of 100% Glera grapes. The vinification of the wine consisted in the first fermentation taking place in temperature-controlled steel tanks with selected yeast. Then, in the second fermentation, the Charmant method was used,

Taster´s notes

Very nice golden colour with fine bublles. On the nose, it presents intense fruity aromas, ricch with apple, lemon and grapefruit. On the palate, the prosecco is fresh and balanced. We recommend pairing the wine with aperitif and seafood. We suggest a serving temperature of 6º - 8ºC
