In the case of the Mileni sparkling wine, besides being a slow maturing Cava Organic Reserva, its effervescence still conveys the energy of more than four generations of women who have preserved and carried on the tradition of Cava wines. The formula of this Cava has been constantly innovated and perfected over the last 100 years, today it gets to spend more than 40 months in bottle defining its creaminess and flavors before it reaches our glasses.
