Château des Tourtes has been a Bordeaux family estate since 1967 — over five decades of the Raguenot family's passion for viticulture, carried into the modern era by Lise and Philippe Raguenot's descendants with the same conviction and the same commitment to quality that founded it. Tip Top is the estate's most forward-looking expression: a Bordeaux blanc sec de-alcoholised through cold distillation under vacuum at precisely 28-32°C — a temperature range carefully chosen to evaporate the alcohol while preserving the integrity of the wine's full flavour profile without the addition of any artificial flavourings or additives. The result is a wine that retains its fresh vineyard character completely: citrus fruits and delicate white flowers on the nose, light and lively fresh fruit on the palate, and the refined, food-friendly finish that Bordeaux blanc always delivers when the winemaking is done with genuine care. Modern technology in the service of a very old tradition — and the proof that great Bordeaux winemaking has no need for alcohol to make its point.

Light yellow in the glass — refreshing, clear and immediately evoking the beautiful vineyards of Bordeaux at harvest. On the nose, a clean and inviting aromatic bouquet: citrus fruits and delicate white flowers with the fresh vineyard character that cold distillation under vacuum preserves with complete fidelity. On the palate, light and fresh — clear flavours of fresh fruit with a lively, energetic quality that makes every sip genuinely enjoyable from first to last. Refined, versatile and completely honest. Best enjoyed with light appetisers, fish dishes and tapas. Serve chilled.
