What exactly do I receive for €1,000 per year?

Your annual Circle membership gives you access to a curated private network: a dedicated wine concierge (email and call), invitations to winemaker tastings and private vineyard visits not open to the public, introductions to producers, sommeliers, and fellow collectors, and priority access to limited wine allocations through Dis&Dis. The membership is a network and access service — wines, travel, stays, and meals are purchased separately. It is a door-opener, not an all-inclusive package. That distinction is precisely what makes it valuable.

How does the wine concierge work?

Within 48 hours of joining, you will be introduced by email to your dedicated concierge — a sommelier-trained advisor who will schedule a brief call or exchange to understand your preferences, collection goals, and drinking occasions. From that point, they are available via email for recommendations, sourcing requests, and cellar advice. This is a real person, not an automated service.

Does the membership cover the cost of wines or events?

No — and we are clear about this by design. The Circle is a network membership: it provides invitations, introductions, and access. When you are invited to a vineyard visit, the experience is yours to enjoy and pay for directly. When your concierge sources a case of Meursault from a producer we know personally, you purchase it at the agreed price. The €1,000 per year covers the network, the relationships, and the expertise — not the contents of your glass. Think of it as the most valuable address book in fine wine.

Do you ship to my country?

Dis&Dis delivers to 22+ countries, including the US, UK, all EU member states, Norway, Switzerland, UAE, and several other markets. If your country is not listed, contact us — we will advise on the best shipping option for your location.

What if I prefer alcohol-free wines?

The Dis&Dis Circle covers both. We are one of the very few luxury wine services in the world that applies the same curatorial standard to premium alcohol-free wines as to traditional fine wine. Your concierge can build an entirely alcohol-free programme, a mixed selection, or anything in between.

Can I cancel my membership?

Your membership runs for one year from the date of purchase. After the first year, you may choose not to renew — there is no automatic lock-in beyond your initial period. We will contact you at 11 months with renewal details and any updated member benefits.

Is the membership available as a gift?

Yes. The Circle is one of the most considered gifts you can give to a wine lover. Contact us at hello@disndis.com and we will prepare a personalised gift presentation — including a physical welcome pack if desired.
