Le Petit Béret's organic Sauvignon is the most stripped-back and health-conscious expression of their alcohol-free white wine range — and also one of the most immediately pleasurable. Made from organic Sauvignon Blanc grown in the Occitanie region under the watchful eye of Dominique Laporte, the Best Sommelier of France, the wine delivers the variety's characteristic citrus brightness — grapefruit, blood orange and lemon — with the thiol freshness and lively, refreshing palate presence that Sauvignon lovers recognise and reach for instinctively. At just 23 kcal and 2.6g of sugar per 100ml, it is one of the lightest and most nutritionally transparent alcohol-free wines in the Dis&Dis collection — organic, de-alcoholised with complete aromatic integrity and made with the same craftsmanship and passion that has defined Le Petit Béret's approach to non-alcoholic winemaking from the beginning. The glass that proves healthy and genuinely delicious are not mutually exclusive.

Winemaker's Notes

Pale yellow with straw hues — bright, clean and immediately fresh. On the nose, vivid and citrus-forward: grapefruit, blood orange and lemon with the characteristic Sauvignon brightness that Le Petit Béret's de-alcoholisation process preserves without compromise. On the palate, lively and refreshing — citrus flavours that stay completely true to the variety, with a supple structure and a long, satisfying finish that makes every glass feel complete. Best enjoyed with barbecued cod, scallop carpaccio, Caesar salad or crab flan. Serve between 6°C and 9°C. Consume within 48 hours of opening.
