Mariluna Blanco Organic 2019 is a captivating white wine from the sunny region of Valencia, Spain. This wine takes you on a journey of exquisite aromas and luxurious mouthfeel, created through a meticulous crafting process.

Before the grapes are pressed, they undergo a special pre-fermentation maceration, where they soak and soak, capturing an abundance of aromatic compounds. The result is a wine bursting with captivating fragrances. As the fermentation takes place at a cool temperature of 13-14°C, the wine retains its vibrant flavors, delivering a refreshing and invigorating experience.

But the magic doesn't stop there. The wine is then aged in tanks, allowing it to mingle with its fine lees for two months, with careful stirring every week. This secret technique adds a touch of complexity and richness, unveiling hidden layers of flavor and texture that dance on your palate.

Taster's notes

Mariluna Blanco Organic 2019 is a Spanish white wine with straw-yellow colour that is bright and clean. On the nose, it's quite aromatic, fresh, and has notes of white flowers, citrus, and apricot. In the mouth, it is lovely, with good acidity, complexity, and a creamy finish. It has a rich flavour and a lasting aftertaste. It pairs best with appetizers or very light starters, white fish, seafood, fresh cheeses, and salads. It is suggested to serve at a temperature between 8-10ºC.

The Winery

In 1914 Miguel and Lorenzo planted 8000 square meters of the only vineyard of the Bobal grape in their native village, Camporrobles. In the 1950s, Manuel and Heraclio, the sons of those men who bet on the vineyard in an essentially cereal-growing area, took over the reins of the fields and expanded the vineyard to plant other grape varietals, such as Tempranillo, Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvingon. In 2000 the winery is born and it receives the organic certification.
