The grapes with which this red is made come from the heroic viticulture so typical of the Ribeira Sacra. Made in this vintage exclusively with grapes of the Mencía variety. It is aged for 6 months in barrels
Cherry color with violet rim. On the nose, it has a complex and intense aroma, with wild herbs, spices and black and red fruit. In the mouth it is wide and tasty, with a great sensation of freshness and finesse. This wine is ideal to drink with red meat, lamb, cheese and cold cuts. We suggest a consumption temperature of 16ºC
