100% Chardonnay wine from the Central Valley of Chile. At the foot of the Andes Mountains, the clayey and well-drained soil meets the soils located in the area near the Coastal Mountains, which are heavier and have a combination of mud and clay. The vineyards of these soils are special and the grapes unique. They are harvested by hand, the must is cold soaked in yeast for 3 days at 3-4 ° C. The juice fermented in stainless steel vats at 14 ° C, with a controlled fermentation. After fermentation, the wine remained in contact with the yeast for a month to obtain more volume and character. Finally, the wine was mixed and lightly filtered before bottling.
