Castillo Monjardin Chardonnay has a bright yellow colour. Aromas of tanned leather, liqueur fruit, cigar, and spicy, with tropical undertones, are intense and fresh on the nose. It tastes fresh and lingers in the mouth. At the end of the palate, the tropical notes of the olfactory phase turn citrus. We suggest serving it with white and bluefish, cooked and grilled seafood, and molluscs like marinated clams or steamed cockles. It's also good with meats. It's best to use it while the temperature is between 5 and 9ºC.
