Cami de Cormes Red has apricot tones with a lot of garnet and violet reflections. The nose has an aromatic opening that evokes juicy red fruit, with sweet, lactic, and balsamic spice evocations that are less prominent and a superb sense of flowers on the second line. The taste is deep, strong, and with a solid credential in terms of fruit, juiciness, and freshness right from the start. It highlights the acidity in mode, shape, and tannins that are marked by releasing some notes of pleasant astringency. It is suggested that you serve it with grilled meats and noodles. The serving temperature should be between 12ºC -16ºC.
