It is fresh, smooth, light, and balanced in the mouth, with a well-structured and well-integrated carbon. The aftertaste lingers with flavours of pastry and yeast. The hue is a pale lemon yellow that is very vivid. Bubbles in abundance. Aromas of fresh fruit appear on the nose, followed by notes of pastry, hot bread, and yeast. Nice and clean. It goes well with a tasty aperitif. It also goes well with white meats, creamy pasta, and rice. A serving temperature of 6-8ºC is recommended.
