Château Dalem is one of the best wines from Fronsac, known for its maturity, complexity and fine spicy character. An opulent and fleshy wine, elegant, velvety to the touch and with a solid tannic structure, usual in the wines of this right bank appellation. We recommend pairing the wine with beef, particularly grilled or roast beef and filet mignon, and blue cheese. We suggest a serving temperature of 16ºC
