This spectacular red shows all the trait of the great Crus of Souther Rhone wine but with youthful approachability. Ruby red with notes of cassis, plums, and fresh red berries with hints of licorice, spices, and truffle. Supple but generous mouthfeel with velvety tannins. We recommend pairing this wine with stews, braised and roasted meat dishes, all types of beef, lamb, goat, beef, duck, chicken and pork. We suggest a serving temperature of 16ºC
