Immortalis Monastrell is a Spanish red wine from Bullas. The grapes came from old vineyards with very low yields. Harvest took place during the second week of October at their optimal moment of ripeness. The wine began fermentation after going through the selection table and selecting only the healthiest grapes. This wine has the aromas and flavours of a young wine, but it also has the structure of wines aged in French oak barrels, which helps to give it more complexity and finesse.

Taster's notes

Immortalis Monastrell is a Spanish red wine with deep purple-red colour and hints of black fruits, spicy aromas, and a balsamic finish. It yields a wine that is very fresh, rich, round, and mineral. It pairs well with grilled meats, barbeque, lamb, pizza, and ribs. It is suggested to serve at a temperature between 14ºC and 16ºC.

The Winery

Finca Aylés is located in the northeast of Spain, near the city of Zaragoza, halfway between Madrid and Barcelona. The winemaking project of the Ramón Reula family began in the 1980s and culminated with the reunification of several properties that had belonged to the Finca Aylés since the Middle Ages. At that time it became one of the largest private historical estates in Aragon, with more than 3,200 hectares of land and valuable ecological and scenic conditions. In 2010, the winery was awarded "Vinos de Pago", the highest level of quality that a Spanish winery can achieve.
