Intense and bright salmon color. On the nose, it presents small red fruits (raspberry and strawberry), flowers (orange blossom and acacia) with mineral and herbaceous touches, very typical of the varietal. The flavors continue until a fresh and round palate. The finish is long with delicious acidity, minerality, and very balanced. We recommend pairing the wine with baked fish. We suggest a serving temperature between 6 and 8ºC
