This Argentine wine is signed by Finca El Alto de Ugarteche, located in the southern part of Luján de Cuyo, which is 1,050 meters above sea level. Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are harvested in late March and early April. Then they are lightly peeled and crushed. A cold pre-fermentative maceration is carried out to preserve the primary aromas. The must is then cooled and the traditional fermentation takes place. Post-fermentation maceration lasts between 10 and 15 days, followed by malolactic fermentation.
