Més Que Paraules — More Than Words — is a wine that lives up to its name. Produced by Sin Etiquetas, the creative project of Mirko and Jordi — two wine professionals who channelled their combined passion, experience and decidedly free-thinking philosophy into making wines that reflect their own ideas and lifestyles rather than conforming to established dogmas — this is a Catalan blend that combines the familiar with the genuinely unexpected. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot bring international structure and fruit generosity, Garnacha Tinta adds warmth and aromatic depth, and Sumoll — an ancient and rare Catalan native variety being rediscovered by a new generation of adventurous winemakers — adds a distinctive local identity that no international variety could replicate. The grapes are pre-macerated at controlled temperature before spontaneous fermentation at 25°C for approximately two weeks, with malolactic fermentation in stainless steel to preserve natural freshness, before 10 to 12 months in 225-litre French oak barrels adds the depth and complexity that completes this wine's generous and characterful personality.
