Moderato was born in 2020 from a very French kind of frustration — the kind that leads not to resignation but to revolution. Sébastien and Fabien, co-founders and devoted wine lovers, asked a question the industry had been avoiding: what if the pleasure of wine didn't have to come with the alcohol? Not as a compromise. Not as an apology. As a genuine alternative, made with the same seriousness and the same respect for terroir as any wine worth drinking.

Cuvée Originale Le Rosé is that conviction in pale pink form — Colombard and Cabernet Sauvignon from the vineyards of Gascony, blended for the balance of freshness and rounded fruit depth that makes a rosé immediately recognisable and genuinely satisfying. Stewed, indulgent fruit on the nose. A wave of sweet fruit and beautiful texture on the palate. Just 15 kcal per 100ml — because when Moderato said freedom, they meant it in every sense.
