Elaboration

Château La Coste is one of Provence's most internationally celebrated wine estates — a property where heritage, innovation and sustainability have always coexisted with the conviction that great winemaking is great winemaking, regardless of what ends up in the glass. Nooh White 0% is the estate's most forward-looking expression of that conviction: 100% Sauvignon Blanc harvested mechanically, gently pressed at low temperature to preserve freshness, fermented and aged on fine lees in stainless steel to build the elegance, texture and depth that the variety deserves, and then vacuum distilled at precisely 35-40°C — a temperature range chosen with care to evaporate the alcohol while leaving the wine's full aromatic character and fine dining credentials completely intact. Floral and vegetal on the nose, green tea and ripe yellow lemon adding a refined complexity that the lees ageing makes possible, white peach and lingering acidity on the palate. The result is not simply an alcohol-free white — it is a sophisticated wine alternative that mirrors the craftsmanship of traditional French winemaking at the level that Château La Coste has always considered the minimum acceptable standard.

Elegant and expressive in the glass — the colour and clarity of a wine made with complete respect for freshness and finesse. On the nose, floral and vegetal aromas open with quiet sophistication: hints of green tea and ripe yellow lemon adding a refined complexity that signals immediately this is a different kind of alcohol-free white. On the palate, fresh and round in perfect balance — juicy white peach with a lingering acidity that delights with every sip and carries the wine's elegance all the way to a clean, satisfying finish. Best enjoyed with foie gras, scallop carpaccio, tarte Tatin or Belle Hélène pear. Serve chilled at 8-9°C.
