Cherry red color with reddish rim and slight violet hues. Good robe, bright and with abundant tears. On the nose, it has good intensity, with notes of ripe fruit, raspberry, blackberry, and a slight sweet sensation of vanilla and menthol. With subtle hints of licorice, tobacco, and roasted coffee. Very expressive and excellent integration of the barrel with the varietal aromas of Mencía. Powerful on the palate, full-bodied, and well structured. Good acidity, vanilla and menthol aftertaste, and a velvety tannin that leaves a pleasant passage through the mouth. We recommend pairing the wine with red meats, vegetables, and cheeses. We suggest a serving temperature between 16º and 18ºC
