Ruby red, showing tile notes on the edge of the glass; medium-high robe, clean and bright. Intense, fragrant, complex aroma, ripe red fruits, balsamic, vanilla, toasted and light notes of truffle. In the mouth it is vigorous, fresh, silky, with a good presence of ripe tannins, developing a great balance and complexity of flavors, strongly perceiving the notes of red fruits perfectly integrated with balsamic, coffee, oak and roasted touches. In the aftertaste we find it long, with hints of fruit, spices and cocoa. This excellent red wine pairs perfectly with roast meats, lamb, game stews, creamy and cured cheeses. Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
