Busuioaca is one of Romania's oldest and most characterful native varieties — aromatic, floral and capable of producing rosé of genuine freshness and personality when the winemaking treats it with the respect it deserves. Roze Autentique 2022 does exactly that: grapes harvested at optimal ripeness, gently crushed, briefly macerated on the skins for colour and aromatic depth, then fermented slowly in stainless steel to preserve every note of red berry and floral freshness that the variety naturally expresses. Meticulous ageing adds a touch of complexity and minerality without disturbing the wine's essential character. The result is a dry rosé of pale pink elegance, crisp acidity and harmonious balance — the everyday Romanian glass that proves the most interesting wines are sometimes the ones closest to home.
