Villa Conchi Cava Brut Organic Vegan is the perfect wine for any wine enthusiast looking for something special and unique. With a Denomination of Origin D.O. Cava and made of 30% Xarel-lo, 30% Parellada, 30% Macabeo, 10% Chardonnay grapes, this delicate sparkling wine has a delightful balance of bubbles with light aromas that will fill your senses.

The harvesting process begins in late August and can last until the end of October. Each grape variety ferments separately at 16 ºC to preserve all its wonderful aromas and flavours. After the must is blended together with the base wine, yeast and sugar are added which forms small light bubbles from the second fermentation that take place in subway cellars at 15-17 ºC while being aged on its lees for a minimum 12 months.

About the Winery

Villa Conchi is an amazing country retreat owned by the Galarreta family. It's named after the remarkable matriarch of the family, who has left an everlasting legacy. This modern and elegant Cava embodies the very essence of Spain, offering a delightful experience to anyone who indulges in its flavor. Javier Ruiz de Galarreta, Conchi's adventurous son, had a vision back in 1993. He saw the immense potential of premium wines in export markets and wasted no time in collaborating with talented winegrowers from Rioja Alavesa. Soon, their reach expanded to other regions, including the marvelous world of Cava. During the 2000s, Javier set his sights on Catalonia, searching for a partner who could craft a sparkling wine that was both enchanting and sophisticated. After an extensive quest, Javier stumbled upon the perfect vineyards near Vila Rodona in Tarragona, nestled in the heart of Alt Penedès. However, it was an unfortunate turn of events that Conchi, the shining star behind it all, passed away in July 2009 before she could taste and relish the wines that bear her name. Her spirit lives on, though, in every bottle of Villa Conchi, an extraordinary tribute to an extraordinary woman.
