Bodegas Fábregas was founded in 1883 by Pedro Fábregas Pajé in the heart of Graus, Barbastro — a winery that has survived a civil war, four generations of family stewardship and the complete transformation of Spanish winemaking, emerging from each chapter with its commitment to quality and its Somontano identity entirely intact. Today it is Flor Fábregas Canales, the fourth generation, who leads a winery equipped for modern oenology but rooted in a tradition that predates it by over a century. Mingua Rosé 2020 is Syrah from the D.O. Somontano — grown in the foothills of the Pyrenees where altitude and continental climate give the variety an aromatic freshness and fruit precision that warmer regions cannot replicate. Red fruits and pear on the nose, round and long on the palate, dry and genuinely satisfying from first sip to last.
