Elaboration
The Loire Valley is one of France's most celebrated wine regions — stretching from the Atlantic coast through Anjou-Saumur, Touraine and Centre-Loire, producing Chenin Blanc of extraordinary richness, acidity and aromatic depth that few other French white varieties can match. Divin Vigneron was born from the conviction that this finest expression of Chenin Blanc deserved to be accessible to everyone — not as a compromise version of a real wine but as a genuinely complete and award-winning one. Their approach is both rigorous and deliberately sequenced: parcels are selected for their most expressive terroir-driven character, grapes harvested at optimal ripeness, the wine made with full traditional methods including ageing in large Brouard forest oak barrels — and only then, once the wine's complete identity has been built, is alcohol gently removed using state-of-the-art dealcoholisation techniques that preserve every aromatic nuance intact. Recognised by Falstaff, Mundus Vini, the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, the London Wine Competition and the IWSC — Divin Vigneron has placed itself firmly at the pinnacle of alcohol-free winemaking worldwide. The Blanc de Blancs is their most elegant proof.
Winemaker's Notes
Pale and luminous in the glass — delicate bubbles carrying the bright, refined freshness of Loire Chenin Blanc at its most elegantly expressed. On the nose, sophisticated and completely inviting: ripe white peach and citrus blossom with a hint of brioche — the refined, aromatic portrait of a wine aged in Brouard forest oak and dealcoholised with the precision that preserves every nuance the winemaking built. On the palate, crisp and lively — bright acidity and a beautifully clean fruit expression with gentle bubbles carrying the freshness all the way to a long, clean and deeply satisfying finish. Best enjoyed with oysters, sushi, fresh goat's cheese and light canapés. Serve chilled.
About the Winery
Divin Vigneron was founded in the Loire Valley on a conviction as simple as it is radical: that the finest expression of a grape variety should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their relationship with alcohol. Rooted in one of France's most celebrated wine regions, they select parcels with the rigour of the finest Loire appellations, apply traditional full winemaking methods including Brouard forest oak ageing, and dealcoholise only once the wine's complete identity is built — using state-of-the-art techniques that preserve every aromatic nuance intact. Recognised across Falstaff, Mundus Vini, the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, the London Wine Competition, the Prague Wine Trophy and the IWSC, Divin Vigneron stands at the pinnacle of alcohol-free winemaking worldwide. At Dis&Dis, we are proud to bring their Blanc de Blancs to every mindful wine lover who refuses to compromise on quality, elegance or experience.
