The wine itself is a classic Languedoc blend of four southern French varieties — 50% Grenache Noir for warmth and fruit generosity, 30% Syrah for structure and dark fruit depth, 15% Carignan for mineral backbone and longevity, 5% Cinsault for aromatic freshness and elegance — fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel and macerated for 20 to 28 days to develop the full colour, complexity and character that the Languedoc's sun-drenched terroir always provides when the winemaking gives it the time it deserves.
