Delve into the world of this captivating French red wine, originating from the esteemed I.G.P. Pays D´Oc region. Made exclusively from 100% Merlot grapes, this wine offers a unique and delightful experience.

The harvest process is carefully orchestrated to ensure optimal fruit maturity. Using advanced mechanical techniques, the grapes are harvested at the precise moment when their flavors and aromas are at their peak. This meticulous selection guarantees the highest quality grapes for winemaking.

Once the grapes have been harvested, they undergo a controlled fermentation process, where the temperature is carefully regulated between 24º - 26ºC. This controlled environment allows for the optimal extraction of flavors, resulting in a wine that is rich, vibrant, and full of character. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes a 15-day maceration process, during which it develops additional complexity and depth.

After the maceration process, the wine enters a crucial resting period, allowing it to mature and harmonize its flavors. This stage is essential for the wine to reach its full potential, ensuring a balanced and well-integrated profile.

Finally, the wine is bottled, preserving its unique qualities for you to enjoy. With its 100% Merlot composition, this wine showcases the true essence of the grape variety, offering a delightful expression of its characteristics.

Nice red colour. On the nose, it presents vibrant and fresh aromas of blueberries and raspberries. On the palate, it is a fine and elegant wine with well-balanced tannins. We recommend pairing this wine with red meat, white meat, and cheeses. We suggest a serving temperature of 16ºC
