Elaboration

Mallolet Blanc 2019 is a Spanish white wine from Emporda. The vineyards are organically farmed in over 80-year-old bush vines. The harvest is completed by hand-picking the finest grapes. Fermentation takes place in a cold temperature-controlled environment for several days. The fine lees then stay with the wine for a few months. The label features a little boy's face, which corresponds to the name of this great white wine, Mallolet White. Mallolet refers to the household's youngest member in Catalan.

Because it is not aged in French oak barrels, this white wine is the youngest of the Roig Parals winery. This wine has an alcohol content of 13.5%.

Mallolet Blanc 2019 is a delightful light yellow wine that will captivate your senses with its spectacular and pleasant aromas. About the Winery

Roig Parals is a family winery in Mollet de Peralada, Catalonia, that has modernized the entrepreneurship of their ancestors at the vineyards and cellar in order to continue the family tradition. Thanks to the “Terroir” expression, organic farming, and sustainability they can cultivate their twelve hectares that today include not only the old Samsó vines but also traditional white Grenache, Moscatel and Macabeu or the international Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
