Barolo Paesi Tuoi is characterized by an intense garnet red color and velvety, with reflections that tend to orange with age. The nose opens with a large and complex bouquet of spices, enriched with notes of licorice and dried violets. The taste is pleasant, dry and savory, with harmonious tannins that enhance its elegant character. We recommend pairing the wine with matured cheeses and mushrooms, it is ideal with baked chicken and delicious recipes for stewed meat with polenta. We suggest a serving temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
