This remarkable wine is a harmonious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Tempranillo, and Monastrell grapes. Picture this: each grape is carefully handpicked and gently placed in 250 kg crates, ensuring the utmost care and attention.
What follows is a meticulously orchestrated process that transforms these grapes into a sensational beverage. First, they undergo maceration, a delicate extraction of flavors and colors. Then comes the magical transformation through alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation, which takes place in grand 13,500-liter stainless steel tanks.
But that's not all! To add a touch of elegance and refinement, this exceptional wine is aged for an entire year in 225-liter French oak barrels. These barrels work their magic, imparting unique flavors and subtle nuances, creating a symphony of taste and aroma.
Winemaker's Notes
This red wine has a beautiful garnet color that looks bright and clean. It offers a pleasant combination of aromas that are rounded, fresh, and have hints of toasted and fruity notes.
When you take a sip, you'll notice that it's well-balanced, delicious, and full-bodied. It has good acidity that adds a nice tanginess to the flavors, and the tannins are smooth and gentle.

Bodegas Carchelo, a remarkable winery founded in 1990, holds a special place in the heart of Jumilla (Murcia). Nestled at the base of the majestic Sierra del Carche, a protected Regional Park boasting the awe-inspiring "Madama" peak that soars to a staggering 1,372 meters, this winery stands out.
