The colour is a pale yellow with golden reflections. Fine, long-lasting bubbles with a slow evolution. On the nose, it has aromas that combine citrus, with soft toasts and brioche. This elegant cava has a lot of minerality and a rich, expansive mouthfeel, which is typical of the variety. With a long finish, this wine is well-balanced and refined. White fish, seafood, white meat, and appetisers are suggested pairings. A serving temperature of 6-8ºC is recommended.
