Conde de los Andes Blanco Rioja 2016 is a Spanish white wine with pale yellow color and golden reflections. With aromas of citrus and white flowers, vanilla, and toasted oak aging, the nose gets complex and harmonious. The mouth feels structured and fresh at the same time due to the good acidity. It goes well with seafood rice, seafood meals, light risottos, fish, sushi, white meats in light sauces, foie, creamy and semi-cured cheeses, and white meats in light sauces. It is best to serve at a temperature between 9 and 12ºC.
