The colour is cherry red with garnet trims. On the nose, there is a lot of aromatic intensity, with aromas of mountain herbs, thyme, rosemary, ripe fruits and plums, and toasted wood. On the palate, it has a vigorous passage with all of the mountain's scents. The tannins are well-structured and delicious, with a long finish. It's a really adaptable red. Because of its light nature and high acidity, it pairs well with fish, pasta, vegetables, and white meat. A serving temperature of 16ºC is recommended.
