Finca Terrerazo Bobal Organic 2018 is a Spanish organic red wine from DOP El Terrerazo. Produced by Bodega Mustiguillo, this Crianza red wine comes from vines planted between 1945 and 1970 at an altitude of 800 meters. The unique personality of the wine-growing area was won by the winery which is a member of the association Grandes Pagos de Espa├▒a, the recognition of its Designation of Origin, namely PDO El Terrerazo.

The grapes were harvested by hand, selected twice, and vinified separately according to their soil of origin. This Spanish organic red wine was fermented in French wooden vats for 8 to 10 days and then soaked for 12 days. After that, this Spanish organic red wine from the PDO El Terrerazo completed the malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. This wine was aged for 14 months in French oak vats and 225-litres French oak barrels. It has not been diluted or stabilized.

Taster's notes

Dark colour with a markedly Mediterranean character. It has spicy dark fruits, black cherries, toasted tones. On the palate, it has volume, with a sweet and mineral sensation, a good fruit intensity, fruity acidity, and fine tannins. It exudes freshness on a fairly long finish. We suggest decanting this Spanish organic red wine for at least 1 hour before drinking. You can enjoy this Spanish organic red wine with red meat, stews, spicy food, or matured cheeses. It is best served at a temperature of 16┬║C
