Portuguese wine made from Aragonese, Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet grapes. The pre-selected grapes are transported in 20 kg boxes, which are subjected to a thermal shock in a cold room before being peeled. Fermentation takes place separately, on grape varieties, at controlled temperatures. 30% of the batch is then aged in oak barrels for a period of 4 months. Subsequently, they are bottled without any filtration to maintain the quality of the product.
