On the palate it has a remarkable volume, the right acidity makes it lively and balanced with tannic weight, smooth, spicy, and creamy. This wine is ideal to accompany roasted meats, stews and game. We suggest a serving temperature of 16ºC. We recommend decanting at least one hour before serving.
