Red Italian wine from the I.G.T Toscana. It is a blend of 70% Sangiovese, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot. The vinification consisted in a temperature-controlled fermentation of 25ºC to 30ºC, then a 8 day maceration process with controlled temperature and finally, a traditional ageing for 6 months in barrels.
